About R-Coffee Drive Thru
Four years ago, we moved to McMinnville, Tennessee, and quickly fell in love—not just with the breathtaking beauty this area has to offer, but with the people who make it extraordinary.
We have lived in many places over the years, and we can honestly say we have never experienced a community quite like this one. McMinnville has something rare: a genuine, unwavering support for its people and its local businesses. It’s not just words here—it’s action. It’s neighbors showing up. It’s encouragement. It’s loyalty. And that meant everything to us.
Originally, our dream was to build a Mexican bakery alongside our dear friends, who are fifth-generation bakers with incredible tradition and skill behind them. We were excited to bring something meaningful and unique to this side of town. However, after one of our partners was involved in a serious accident and was unable to continue forward, that dream had to shift.
Rather than walk away from the desire to build something for this community, we pivoted.
Out of respect, we reached out to another local drive-thru coffee shop to see if they had any plans to expand to this side of town first. They shared that expansion wasn’t in their plans at the time. With that conversation behind us, we confidently moved forward, believing this side of town—especially being located along the highway—could truly benefit from a quick, convenient drive-thru drink stop for busy families, workers, and travelers.
Since opening R-Coffee Drive Thru, what we’ve experienced has been beyond anything we imagined.
We have shared touching moments. We have built new friendships. We have laughed with customers, prayed with customers, celebrated milestones, and watched families grow.
At R-Coffee Drive Thru, we are so much more than a name or the products we serve.
We have people who come from all over, and the first place they stop when they enter town is our drive-thru. They pull up with big smiles on their faces, sometimes literally giggling with excitement. Seeing that joy never gets old. It reminds us why we built this in the first place.
